Manage Affiliates

 This page shows the versatility of managing the Affiliate users of your replicated website.  The Manage Affiliates page shows you several categories "Active Affiliates", "Expired Affilites", "Inactive Affilites".  These controls allow you to see the status of each Affiliate user in real time.  If for any reason an Affiliate user has expired he is automatically switched from the active list to the expired list.  You also can move any user from one category to the other.  The Experation date is used to control manually each users active or inactive status.  

• The User List Column list all Affiliate users by the user name they signed up with.
• The Builder User is a special column added to track the website product each Affiliate creates with this client Affiliate program.  
• Referred By column gives the administrator the sponsor of each Affiliate.  
• Delete Column allows your to delete any Affiliate user.  
• The Edit column is used to edit their expiration dates of each Affiliate user. 
• The CP Column gives you direct access to each Affiliate users control panel.  This access allows you to enter without knowing the users password.  Passwords are always encrypted and unavailable.  You can now jump from user to user without leaving your Admin Control Panel.
• View Affiliate Genealogy Report is customized report of all Affiliate Users for the Administrator to view in real time.
• Print Affiliate Phonebook is a customized list which opens for review.  The Download Affiliate CSV gives the Adminitrator the abillity to download the information into excel. 
• Show users beginning with: is a search capability by number and alphabet. 

 

One of the Admin controls is the ability to manually activate a new Affiliate.
